- 02 photos white background 35 X 45 mm, 80% face
- Ticket Itinerary
- Accommodation proof
- Travel insurance
- Visa Application form
- Covering letter mentioning details of travel, details of the traveller, purpose of visit and duration of stay addressed to the respective Visa Officer(if self employed - The cover letter must be printed on letterhead, duly signed with company stamp)
- Proof of occupation:
- If Employed: Salary slip last 6 months updated, NOC / Leave letter from employer
- If Self-Employed: Ownership proof, Company registration certificate
- Financial Documents:
- If Employed:
- Salary account statement and Personal bank account statement for last 6 months updated with seal and sign of bank
- Personal ITR last 3 years/Form 16
- If Self-Employed:
- Current account statement and Personal bank account statement for last 6 months updated with seal and sign of bank
- Personal ITR and Company ITR last 3 years
