- 02 photos white background 35 X 45 mm, 80% face,
- Confirmed return air tickets
- Confirmed Hotel Bookings
- Visa Application form
- Personal Bank Statement for last Six months in original with original bank seal with minimum 80,000 balance
- Covering letter mentioning details of travel, details of the traveller, purpose of visit and duration of stay addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Phillipines, New Delhi'(if self employed - The cover letter must be printed on letterhead, duly signed with company stamp)
- Proof of occupation:
- If Employed: Salary slip last 6 months updated, NOC / Leave letter from employer
- If Self-Employed: Ownership proof, Company registration certificate
